Previously, I worked as a Design Lead Manager on Instagram’s Growth team, driving the strategy and vision of notifications products, while managing a small team of talented product designers. During my tenure, I led improvements to acquisition, onboarding, and retention experiences for over two billion people worldwide, as well as evolving secondary interfaces like Instagram.com and Instagram Lite—a faster, more streamlined version of Instagram designed for low connectivity and data-constrained environments.
